MAN VS. WOMAN LEADERS


I came across the article which is proven by science that women are better leaders than men, which is not surprising (Research by Zenger&Folkman). Women are creative energy and they can really stretch themselves in many ways. Men are very analytical and straightforward thinkers and doers. This percentage for women is 54% and for men 51%. So we are almost 50/50 but we can't take this for granted. So women have a tendency and need to constantly improve themselves in a masculine world. But it is not to have to be this way.

As you see women are weak only on tech solutions and strategically, which is not bad at all, because in some cases we need men to take a lead. But combining together we can learn a lot from the masculine & feminine world of leadership. In my opinion, it is now time to start listening to each other and together we can lead more effectively. If you are contrary to one or another for common success we can never succeed. Which might be led by fear or ego. So it is ok to admit that some areas you can't cover and we need help with. We are not superheroes to save all world, but we can start changing the world with just one thing and the same goes for your company. Keep on going one step at a time and you will go far.


Being a competitive nature will just boost your ego, so you better start thinking that way as it was mentioned in the African proverb: "If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far go together."

Research has sown the real state of being where you are but is not set in stone, so it is always the way to improve your skills. What I believe is most important to build better communication in the company and I know sometimes a woman might feel exhausted and not effective at all because you might have employees that never listen but it is not impossible to dive deep into your behavior and see what comes up from below the surface and unconscious mind and limiting beliefs, which is reflecting you back a state of being to where you are now.


The whole mission of being an effective and high-achieving leader is to communicate properly, respectfully and in a loving way, so your people/clients might feel motivated to do the next task. It is important to ask yourself:


  • Where do you want to go with your company?

  • What culture you will bring in?

  • What vision you will follow?

Nurturing yourself is just the same as you want to nurture your company. What you give is what you will receive.
